This is a collection of speedruns played by Fernito. All were created using an unmodified DOS binary of version 1.5. Outside submissions are allowed, and encouraged. Please refer to the section on submitting runs if interested.

As Fast As Possible
The goal of the following runs is to complete the level as fast as possible with no regard for exit or difficulty selected.

AVI (Duke Done Quicker)
Duke Done Quicker is a snap shot of the above speed runs with our fastest times as of July 3rd, 2007. They have been captured into AVI format and have gone through post production work (the game play portion of the videos remain unedited) both to add eye candy as well as information and give a well rounded presentation.
The video includes all of the original 4 episodes, select levels from Duke it out in DC and the Caribbean expansion packs, alternative routes through the levels, as well as glitch demos.

100s
"100s" demos complete each level as fast as possible, while discovering every counted secret in the stages. Many levels in Duke Nukem 3D contains secrets which are not counted on the level completion screen, and these secrets are ignored unless they are otherwise part of the path.
Par times are not listed due to them not being made with the same criteria as 100s runs.
Not all levels have been completed. No effort is currently being put towards this.

Viewing Demos
The videos hosted are supported by both the orignal Duke Nukem 3D 1.5 executable or the RancidMeat port. Most source ports no longer support demos created using the orignal version of Duke Nukem 3D.
There are numberous methods for viewing the demo files. Below 3 of them are detailed.
The maps have external demo cameras which can hurt the enjoyment of watching the replays. Poda hosts Camera Free Maps. The maps should be extracted to your Duke Nukem 3D directory.
File Naming
Upon running, the Duke Nukem 3D executable looks for 'attract mode' demos to play while the game idles at the title screen. The game comes with a default demo, which can be deleted and replaced.
The naming convention is demo#.dmo, where # is the demos place is the sequence of played demos. The numbers start at 1, and end at 0. Example, demo3.dmo will play before demo4.dmo, and demo0.dmo will be played last. All of the demos named this way must be placed into the Duke Nukem 3D directory.
Command Line
The argument to view demos from the command line is /dFilename. there is no space between the /d and the filename, example:
duke3d.exe /d"C:\DOCUME~1\Joe\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$DI01.688\e1l6s4.dmo"
Rancidmeat supports the filename being wrapped in quotation marks to allow spaces and non-8.3 file names.
File Association
Using a Windows file association is not straight forward due to Duke Nukem 3D requiring it's game files (game.com, duke3d.grp, etc) to be in the Current Working Directory (CWD), which is set to the file's which was opened, and not the applications path when opened through a Windows file assocation.
To reset the CWD to the one of the game's executable, we must create a command batch file. This file can be named any thing and placed any where as long as the extention is .bat and then .dmo is associated with this batch file.
Below is my record.bat file which has the drive and directory of my Rancidmeat port. The executable may need to be changed, as well as the drive and directory of the executable depending upon your setup.
